National Standard Repair of Household Gas Cookers to Determine Development Focus and Direction
"The 2nd Drafting Conference of the Revision of National Standards for Household Gas Cookers held in Beijing last month conveyed the message to the industry that the development of products with high efficiency, energy saving, safety, environmental protection and comfort and convenience will become the focus and direction of the development of domestic gas cookers in the future. This also means that only when gas cooker manufacturers achieve new breakthroughs in technology, can they gain continuous competitive advantages. Recently, Liu Runfeng, deputy secretary-general of China Hardware Association and secretary-general of Gas Appliances Branch, said in an interview with reporters that the revised national standards for gas cookers will lead to changes in the development of the industry.
It is reported that the National Standard for Household Gas Cookers (GB16410-2007), which is being implemented in China, was formally implemented on May 1, 2008. It has played an active role in standardizing industry production, ensuring product quality and user safety. However, in recent years, because many manufacturers think that the technical development of gas cookers is more difficult, the added value of products and the probability of accidents are not as good as that of gas water heaters, they do not invest much in the research and development of gas cookers and technological improvements, and often only do some simple modifications in the aspects of flame and appearance. Change, lack of deep-seated core technology upgrading.
In fact, gas cookers have very high technical requirements in terms of combustion modes. At present, domestic enterprises with outstanding performances in the gas cooker market, such as Huadi, Xunda, Fangtai, etc., are constantly developing technology and introducing products with independent intellectual property rights to the market, which are suitable for the domestic market demand, so that some international brands are shrinking and withdrawing from the Chinese market. In addition, the requirements for spare parts of gas cooker products are also very high, requiring a large number of professional and skilled research and development of spare parts manufacturers. Liu Runfeng explained the importance of technology to gas cookers from the perspective of experts. He added that high-end gas cookers with a price of more than 2000 yuan are not uncommon on the market. However, as a necessity which mainly uses natural gas or liquefied gas and is closely related to people's daily life, how to make gas cookers safer and more convenient in use, and to meet the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection, requires enterprises to make great efforts in technological innovation, which is also the transformation and upgrading of the gas cooker industry to achieve energy saving and reduction. The only way to achieve the goal of development.
It is worth noting that the development speed of gas cookers in foreign markets is still very fast. In Japan, anti-dry burning technology has been widely used in almost all gas stove products; in Europe, three-eye stoves and four-eye stoves with intelligent fire control can be seen everywhere. But at present in China, although the production enterprises have known the development status of global gas stove technology progress, they still have not put into large-scale production of stove products using anti-dry burning technology, and digital, precise control of firepower stove products have not yet appeared in the market.
Liu Runfeng said that throughout the development status of gas cookers at home and abroad, guiding production enterprises to establish technology-first development awareness and actively develop products to meet consumer needs have become the key to promote the sound development of the industry. To achieve this goal, it is the best policy to improve the level of product standards.
According to the introduction, compared with the original standard, the revised National Standard for Household Gas Cookers will comprehensively promote technological progress, energy saving and environmental protection in the industry and facilitate users'use by revising some key contents. These changes include: further improving product thermal efficiency, setting recommended size of embedded cooker holes to minimize consumer losses, and incorporating integrated cookers into the standard and strict specifications. In addition, in order to avoid false energy efficiency, the revised standards will also clarify the test pot, test conditions and test environment for enterprises.
